CodeFlex NSCC 2022
The inaugural event at the college was a collaborative competition-style programming challenge, exclusively designed for first-year students. It aimed to provide them with an opportunity to work together and solve complex problems while applying the knowledge they had gained in their coursework. The event involved organizing all the prior tasks, such as scheduling, time-management, authorizations, rules, code challenges, catering, etc. Students were put into groups to collaborate and come up with innovative solutions by leveraging their creativity and problem-solving skills. This event marked the beginning of a tradition that has since become an annual fixture in the college’s calendar, providing a unique platform for first-year students to engage with each other and foster teamwork.
